Founding partner of the firm in charge of the Corporate Law area. Arbitrator in Corporate Disputes. Coordinator of CESA’s (Centro de Estudos das Sociedades de Advogados) Corporate Committee.
Professor at Faculdade Baiana de Direito and Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas, currently lecturing Corporate Litigation dicipline for Corporate Law and Business Law classes, and Corporate Law discipline for Criminal Economic Law classes, both post-graduate courses. In addition participation in several professional Master’s jury examinations in the professional Master’s program of the Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Named as one of the most admired lawyers in Corporate Law in Brazil by Análise Advocacia 500 in the 2015, 2016, and 2017 editions. In 2021, he was also recognized by Análise Advocacia as one of the most admired lawyers in the Machinery and Equipment economic sector, and in 2026 he was recognized in the Sugar and Ethanol sector.
