Our team seeks to locate potential vulnerabilities and pursue strategic planning in crisis management and disputes involving consumer rights. We work closely with several areas of the client’s company (board of directors, executive board, management, legal, compliance and audit departments, crisis committees and press offices) to find effective and viable solutions to overcome crises, stabilize the business and prepare legal opinions for the most different aspects of the client’s economic activities towards the consumer.

The scope of our team’s activities covers:

  • Contract default, seizure and apprehension and other judicial and extrajudicial procedures that involve consumer rights;
  • Contractual and regulatory analysis of new businesses and Technologies;
  • File for bankruptcy and credit recovery measures;
  • Recall;
  • Management of crisis that involve consumer rights;
  • Acting in administrative (Procon), judicial or arbitration procedures related to consumer law;
