Work in Corporate Law, focusing on Corporate, Contractual and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) areas. Broad experience in corporate contracts, corporate projects (structured operations and corporate restructurings), mergers and acquisitions, property and succession planning, healthcare regulatory issues.
Direct work with companies from various sectors, in contractual and corporate matters, including M&A operations (negotiation and drafting of all corporate and contractual documents, work in legal audit processes). Incorporation of Companies of various types provided in Brazilian law, organization of joint ventures, consortia, associations and foundations. Guidance, participation and holding of General Meetings and Member Meetings.
Drafting of Members and Shareholders Agreement. Structuring of specific and/or complex Corporate Operations (business planning and structuring). Work in corporate restructuring, estate property and succession planning. Registration of foreign investments in Brazil (Central Bank of Brazil). Experience in the drafting, discussion and negotiation of the most varied types of commercial, financial and real estate contracts.
