Our firm assists our clients in the design and implementation of Data Protection Polices, in accordance with the Best Governance Practices and the provisions set out in the new General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), comprising:
- Elaboration of data processing mapping and of data docketing mapping, and elaboration of reports;
- Review of privacy policies, terms of use adopted by the company, contract drafts and adaptation of websites to regulations;
- Development and implementation of security policies, internal procedures, specific policies for the Data Protection Officer, as well as supervisory mechanisms;
- Assistance in the creation of a communication channel between data owners and the company;
- Development of risk mitigation plans and incident response plans;
- Educational actions and assistance in the process of awareness of the employees involved in data processing.
