Extensive experience in highly complex corporate litigation and arbitration with disputes managed under the rules of the main Chambers. Active participation in discussions involving the implementation projects of the current Civil Procedure Code and was a member of the Support Committee for Legislative Affairs and Political Rights of the Brazilian Bar Association, also acting as professor of the Civil Law and Civil Procedural Law subjects.
