Extensive experience in tax litigation, especially in the judicial sphere, involving federal, state and municipal taxes, working with clients of different sizes and segments, representing them in hearings and trial sessions before the State, Regional and Superior Courts, for the production of oral arguments, as well as before theNational Treasury General Attorney’s Office, in defense of the interests of companies and to sign Procedural Legal Business – NJP.
Academic formation
- Master in Tax Law (in progress) from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV/LAW SP);
- Post graduated in Tax Law from the COGEAE PUC / SP;
- Bachelor in Law from the Universidade das Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (Uni-FMU).
