Labor consultancy related to structuring and development of corporate policies and guidelines for companies regarding career plans; training programs; apprentices and the disabled; compensation and benefits policies; Trade Union frameworks; remuneration and benefits for executives; profit sharing programs; drafting of policies relating to company appliances, electronic devices and vehicles; voluntary dismissal programs. Support and legal strategies related to employees transfers, foreigners and expatriates, working conditions and security, mergers and acquisitions of companies, outsourcing, regulatory norms of the Ministry of Labor. Relevant experience in the representation of companies before the Ministry of Labor and other governmental bodies as a result of investigative procedures, investigations, audits and drafting of violation notices.
