Experience

More than 18 years of experience in tax consultancy and litigation, advising companies and families on national and international tax matters, as well as on M&A operations. Expertise in building relationships with clients and multidisciplinary teams with strategic alignment to meet demands and deadlines. Personal performance before judicial and administrative courts.

Worked for 5 years as a partner of a Professor, providing legal and tax advice to other firms and clients in complex and specific cases, presenting innovative and disruptive solutions. Performance focused on interdisciplinarity and strategic vision of each demand, to build a legal architecture and face institutional challenges presented.

Was Executive Coordinator of the Tax Studies Center (NEF) of FGV Direito SP from 2018 to 2020, where she developed several activities and academic studies, guided by Law and Development and aimed at improving the National Tax System. She currently coordinates the GT5 of the NEF/FGV responsible for the New National Tax Code Project and works in the development of studies and promotion of debates on the Tax Reform in Brazil, with several lectures, classes and participation in national and regional events.

Also works as Rapporteur for the Sixth Disciplinary Panel of the Court of Ethics and Discipline (TED) of OAB/SP.
