Labor consulting related to labor routines, internal policies and contracts. Participation in collective bargaining and drafting of normative instruments.
Acting in lay-offs, closure of establishments and mass layoffs (including Volunteer Dismissal Programs).
Elaboration of Profit Sharing Programs and / or Results, strategic planning for strikes prevention, planning and execution of special projects for human resources management.
Policy structuring and harmonization of benefits in cases of acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, with implementation of labor practices.
Academic formation
- Master degree in Business Law from Escola de Direito de São Paulo da Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito SP);
- Specialist in Labor Law by the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie;
- Graduated in law from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina.
- Member of APRES – Associação Paulista de Relações e Estudos Sindicais;
- Member of Comunidade Internacional Cielo Laboral;
- Member of legal council of the SindusCon-SP.
